Meet The Team

Julia is a mixed media artist and educator. She has several local public art installations, often creating art from recycled materials. In 2023, she won the Middlesex County Mural Design Contest. Julia holds a Master of Education degree from UCSB and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Montclair State University.

Jen Zimmerman is a freelance PR consultant and the owner of Zenith Communications, LLC. Since founding her own business in 2019, she has worked with a range of clients across fintech, insurtech, and media. She has driven strategy for numerous media, entertainment, publishing and video companies, including iHeartRadio, Netflix, Verizon Media, StubHub, and IBM.​​​​​

Jacqueline is founder and owner of The Thumbs Behind Marketing, a social media marketing company based in Central Jersey..but hold that thought! She is an alumnae of Douglass College where she double majored in Journalism & Media Studies, and Women & Gender Studies. Her post college career path was one that led her initially to hospitality and eventually to 10 years in advertising technology.​

Amanda is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a BS in Elementary Education, and she currently serves as a Prospect Research Analyst at Rutgers University Foundation. Prior to this, she spent 10 years in programmatic roles in museums in the US and UK and 5 years in public education.

Nichole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an alumnae of Douglass College and Rutgers School of Social Work. She has worked in the field of social work for over a decade. Her experience includes work supporting individuals, children and families of diverse needs and backgrounds. Nichole has worked in a variety of settings including in education, community based and outpatient.

As a graduate of Rutgers Business School and a licensed CPA, Kim currently serves as a Senior Manager at EisnerAmper LLP, where she specializes in public and private company audits with nearly 13 years of experience.  She is responsible for the supervision and review of staff and work product.

Ujwala is a Corporate Finance professional and holds an MBA from the University of Virginia - Darden School of Business. Originally from Mumbai, India, she now lives in Metuchen with her husband Vipin and their two daughters. She volunteers with the Girl scouts and Scouting America - Cub scouts.

Kate is a part-time contractor and active volunteer specializing in community outreach and environmental education. With a focus on social and environmental justice, Kate has supported initiatives for university-based programs as well as community-based non-profits. Outside of work, she enjoys giving back as a volunteer with Scouts for the past 5 years, helping young people learn new skills and explore the outdoors.
